(a) The work
Every individual and team holds untapped dimensions of intelligence, creativity, trust, and possibility. Ingenium creates the conditions for more of that range to emerge through experiential workshops and private advisory.
Our work draws from strategic leadership, depth psychology, creative practice, doctoral research, and lived experience—helping people think more clearly, relate more honestly, and navigate what’s next with greater creativity, adaptability, and alignment.

(b) The workshop
A Half-Day Leadership Capacity Experience
A bespoke workshop for teams navigating change, alignment, creativity, and the human side of AI.
An immersive, highly experiential workshop designed to expand how leaders think, create, relate, and navigate what’s next. Blending strategic inquiry, depth psychology, and creative practice, each experience is tailored to your team’s unique challenges—creating space for fresh perspectives, more honest conversations, and meaningful shifts in how people lead and work together.
What Your Team Walks Away With
See
A deeper understanding of the patterns, tensions, and possibilities shaping how your team thinks, leads, and works together.
Relate
The conversations that matter, greater trust, and a renewed capacity to understand and work with one another.
Imagine
Fresh perspectives, expanded imagination, and new ways of navigating complexity, uncertainty, and change.
Move
Shared discoveries, meaningful commitments, and practical next steps that move beyond the room and into the work.

(c) Method
The room is the method. The team becomes the material.
01—Experience
Drawing from psychodramatic and experiential methods, ideas and dynamics are brought out of abstraction and into the room — where they can be seen, felt, examined, and changed.
02—Inquiry
Depth psychology and doctoral research help us move beneath symptoms to the patterns, assumptions, relationships, and deeper questions shaping the team.
03—Making
Through Art-as-Research, teams use image, story, metaphor, mapping, writing, and creative experimentation to discover what conversation alone may not reveal.
04—Application
Everything ultimately returns to the business — clearer conversations, stronger relationships, better decisions, new possibilities, and what happens Monday morning.

“Ryan’s physical presence put our team at ease instantly. He is one of the easiest, drama-free, and dynamic facilitators we have worked with. Ryan’s energy is contagious, his stories are raw + real, and his work is genuinely transformative. Our team is forever changed because of our time together”
“Ryan has a unique way of cutting through the “mind” and getting to the “heart” of the matter quickly and efficiently. He helped my team rise to greater heights of unity, communication, and foresight as we prepared for an exit.”

Ryan Wegenast · Facilitator & Founder
I’ve personally spent my life in teams—military teams, surgical teams, research teams, startup teams, and executive teams.
Each has shaped how I understand what makes a group work, what causes it to fracture, and what helps it change at important thresholds.
My work today draws from doctoral research, fieldwork with Indigenous communities, leadership development, psychology, communication, creative practice, and years spent alongside clients navigating consequential moments of change.
I’m especially interested in what happens beneath the visible structure of a team — the patterns, relationships, identities, assumptions, and stories shaping how people think, create, decide, and move together.
